There is nothing like the smell of citrus—from the blossoming trees to the zest and juice of the fruit— it has a unique freshness. I have family that lives in Arizona, and in December, when we’re cold and covered with snow here in Utah, it’s a delight to receive a box of fresh oranges or limes.
